Welcome! Toronto Ribfest, now in our 18th year, is a charitable fundraising event for the Rotary Club of Etobicoke. We have raised over $3.6 million charitable dollars, supporting local charities and community organizations! We are delighted with your interest! Did you know that last year over 100,000 people came to Toronto Ribfest! Ribfest also attracted a lot of media attention, from live reporting from CBC, CTV, CityTV and radio stations!
This inquiry form is intended for potential food vendors looking to sell food at Toronto Ribfest. We receive a high number of inquiries from potential vendors wanting to be involved
Food vendors booths must be operated by and vend products and services provided only by the approved applicant. Third parties are not permitted to share booths and only approved applicants are permitted onsite. Two separate vendors may NOT share the same booth. Full payment must be done one (1) month before
Please be aware that Toronto Ribfest is run and managed by volunteers of the Rotary Club of Etobicoke, so we are only able to respond to those applicants that have been selected. If you have been short listed to participate, the Ribfest Committee will be in touch.

WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Exhibit space in the festival including tent structure (if required), electricity, water supply, grey water storage.
- You are responsible for providing lights, signage, display, electrical extension cords, etc..
2 exhibitor parking passes
• Exposure to more than 100,000 customers over the
4 dayfestival including 35,000 shoppers and celebrants on Canada day alone.
